Common Mistakes When Renting Office in Yiwu to Register Company

Virtual offices can be used to register a company in Yiwu.

In fact, when registering a company in Yiwu, virtual addresses are NOT allowed.

Only real and valid addresses are acceptable for company registration.

The office rent can be paid on a monthly basis

In fact, the rent for most offices in Yiwu is paid ONLY on an annual basis, especially those near markets or business districts, which require annual rent payment.

For some office addresses in residential areas, the rent may be paid on a semi-annual basis.

The office and the residence can be the same place

To be precise, the office and the residence CAN NOT be the same place; they must have different room numbers.

You are not allowed to use the same room for both office and residential purposes. This is prohibited.

The room used as an office and the residential room can be in the same building or even on the same floor. However, they must have different room numbers, and these room numbers must be registered and filed with the local government.
