1. This Guide Name is Jack, which is an English name. His real Chinese name is 锋, spells Feng,  pronounce "Phone", means edge / pioneer. *Based on the born time in ancient China astronomical calendar, he doesn't come with enough metal element, this name was given to balance all 5 elements in his life (metal, wood, water, fire, earth).

2. He visited Yiwu market in year 2009, attracted by the market, decided to stay. Before this, he worked in Alibaba.com for several positions. Further before, he was an English teacher.

3. He began as a guide in the market to offer translation service, later it became a FULL service(sourcing, ordering, inspection, storage, private labelling, shipping...) to help buyers buy products from Yiwu market, as well as all over China.

4. After 16 years working inside and outside of Yiwu market, including traveling and living abroad, this guide now can help more.
