10 Steps to Register WFOE Trading Company in Yiwu, And Get visa!

Step 1: Book A Consultation

A Business Set Up Consultation in Yiwu, China.

Ask a proper consultant or agent to understand your goals, your budget,  your concerns...  then work out a solution for you, with an action plan followed.

This initial consultation is usually done via online meeting, or by physical visit.

Step 2: Prepare Docs

Notarized and Authenticated Certificate of No Criminal Record Sample

Usually you will need to prepare:

1. original passport
2. notarized a n d authenticated academic certificate
3. notarized and authenticated certificate of no criminal record(police clearance certificate)
4. stamped work experience letter
5. email address, Chinese mobile phone number

Step 3: Rent Office

Step 4: Prepare License Information
