You can chose to register a trading company(to export) in Yiwu by yourself, or by a third party company formation agent/firm, or legal advisor/consultant. 

If you prefer to do DIY (do it yourself), you can, and it's free. I did the same for my first company in Yiwu. 

But in most cases, you may need a professional company formation agent, or a legal advisor/consultant, or some other CPSs (corporate service providers) to help. To save your time, money, and headache.

In this article, I'm going to share with you how much does it cost to do it by a professional agent. The good news is, it's fairly cheap, if you get to the right persons.

*There is nothing really free for free. You pay it either this way or the other.

What is a good price?

Like any services, there are available options from 1 star to 5 star. Like the hotel you live in.

For cost effective purpose, let's take a 3 star agent for example:

1. Consulting: RMB 350(≅50USD)/session/hour. 
2. Registration: RMB 2,000(≅285USD)/company.
3. Accounting : RMB 3,600(≅515)/year.
4. Office address: RMB1,300(≅185USD)/month (vary up to office size and location).
5. Medical Insurance: RMB 1,600(≅230USD) month/person.
6. Personal income tax: up to salary amount.
7. Company income tax: can be zero to start with.
8. Work visa: RMB 2,000(≅285USD)/person. (optional)

There are 5 star agents, also 1 star agent, their quotes are VERY  different. You will not be surprised to receive a quote for RMB 1,4000(≅2,000USD)  for registering a company.
