Foreign Companies in Yiwu Reached 3,008 by 201001 Feb. 2011 According to statistics of Yiwu industry and commerce bureau, total number of foreign companies in Yiwu reached 15.70% on a yearly base. Yiwu made another record in China. In fact, almost all foreign companies in Yiwu are attracted by its huge market. This market serves as a hub for small products of China and enables foreign buyers source products from Yiwu easily. Furthermore, Yiwu government also made owning a company in Yiwu a lot easier by issuing a new policy – “Rules for Setting up Foreign Companies in Yiwu” on Mar. 2010. Some big local enterprises also set up partnership with foreigners with help of this new policy.
