By Feb.21, all 5 districts of Yiwu Futian market opened its doors for visitors.
District 1 and 2 opened on Feb. 18, 2020.
There are less than 15% shops are open by in district one and 2. Less than 5% are open in district 3, 4, 5.
4 out of 24 shops in hardware section are open on Feb.21.
3 - 8 out of 24 are open on a used-to-be-busy aisle (Premier Minister Aisle )on 2nd floor of district 2. Less than 25% open rate
12 out 22 are open on Prime Minister aisle in District 2 of Futian market, Yiwu.

Chinese ID card or foreigner passport, plus a mobile phone are needed. All visitors need to go through health declare on spot. By either scanning code or fill up a form.

Wear a mask and get body temperature tested. Masks are sold on spot for 2.50 RMB (about 0.35USD) per piece. Each visitor can only buy 2 at a time.
* Update: Masks are now provided inside of district 2 of Futian market at one visitor one mask, 2.50RMB.
Then you are good to go in. All this can be done in 20 minutes time. As long as you are healthy and didn't travel to severe-virus-infected-areas, you are OK to go inside.
