The guide (Joy) was very nice and we enjoyed her company.
The only thing we did not get, and maybe it is not part of your service, however we would have appreciated it was, when it came to price, the guide found out what the price was, but did not negotiate a better one.
Otherwise she was very sweet and efficient.
