I was impressed that Jack came to our first meeting very well prepared...phones, instructions layout.
I found Cally(my personal guide) was very quick learner, straight forward and very fun to work with. She was easy going. She was taking me to any markets that i wanted to go and sometimes just to go and have a look. Cally's english is good and i didn't have any problems at all with our communication.
Overall, it's a thumb up from me.
