There are brokers in front of many small hotels close to Yiwu market, where you can buy directly.  

How much?

A typical card with 100 G for 30 days costs about 15 USD. Confirm with them before you pay.

If you need VPN set up, there can be another 10 usd extra.

Tips:

1. International roaming is not included automatically for the most cases. If you plan to use this number for long term when you are back to your own country, you need to confirm with them before you buy.
2. International roaming can usually be done in local telecom offices or online apps. They need your passport information.
3. Ignore all SMS and can-not-understand call. Most of them are just spams. 
4. Buy a card with less / no spam if possible.
