Yes, for a lot of new visitors, it can be very difficult if they work along.

However, this doesn't mean it not workable. We have a customer from Spain since 2013. They speak very limited English, but each time they spend 20 days in Yiwu market, have all samples confirmed before going back. Their buying volume increased from 20,000 EUR to 250,000 EUR within 3 yrs.

We offer a market visit guide incl. useful translations and map to our customers who visit the market along. We're also stand by on the phone once they have any difficulty with communication with vendors. It actually worked out pretty well.

For many of our customers, we don't follow them like a tail from beginning to end. This allows our customers have the freedom to smell the market and use their own expertise evaluate suppliers and choose products, the most important, to touch direct price (not translated).

Many of our customers are experts on what they buy. We only appear when needed, combine our own local knowledge and experience with our customers expertise, which usually ended up with better results.
