==CHARGES===
Because you were refereed to us by your friend, we really offered a good rate. you enjoyed the same rate as your friend who has been with us for a few years.

As you can imagine, for customized products, we spent much more time than simple chose-and-buy purchase. we even undertook some of your designer's work. we need to be extra careful to prevent mistakes in advance. And, we need very professional person to take care of such cases. Professional people get paid much more than a simple translator.

===PAYMENT===
For your purchase value, it's really not worth to open a L/C with banks.

Banks would charge both of us. They can make good money due to lack of credit between us. Because you're refereed to us by your friend. I think our reputation is already there. Plus, we perform a 10% random QC by providing you inspection pictures, which i think can greatly reduce your quality risk.

So far, i don't think it's necessary for us to open L/C. If your purchase value reaches beyond our ability to undertake risk, i think that's the time we talk about L/C again.
