Dear sir or madam,


I have a small company selling various products on Amazon and would be interested in visiting Yiwu in March to look around and potentially find new products and suppliers I can work with. I would want to use my logo on any products, ship to the UK and sell on Amazon.


Please could you provide further information on your services and costs for your services?


Also can you advise the costs for shipping? I believe many Yiwu traders will not provide an FoB cost and I would need to pay by container for example. Is this correct? If so what are the costs for this as I would need to factor in all costs including the costs for arranging clearance and delivery within the UK to see if a trip would really be worthwhile.


Do you also help with packaging and design and labelling?


I would be looking at ordering small quantities at first to test the market and uptake from my customers.


Therefore any information you could share on your services and advice would be greatly appreciated.

There always with MOQ requirements from suppliers if you want to add your logo on products, what is the quantity per product do you want to buy?


Regarding the shipping cost, actually we need the weight, volume, shipping time then check the cost for you.


In most cases of see shipping, we can not get the cost for your customs clearance and goods delivery within UK, you have to check this from your side. For air shipping, it's usually charged by door to door rate. As we ship a lot yearly, our rate is usually very competitive.

 I'm wondering if Yiwu will be the right market for a small business like mine?

Hi Mike,

Oh I see. I thought it was charged ref full or half container and this was a set price.


To be honest I would be looking to order low quantities at first. I'm wondering if Yiwu will be the right market for a small business like mine?


I've been sourcing products online to date in small quantities such as 150 pieces each time etc and thought perhaps it would be better to visit Yiwu in person, meet with suppliers, create relationships and then work on building my brand and product line.


Can you give me an idea of what some MoQs might be?


Do you think it would be worth me visiting? Or is Yiwu aimed at businesses who will be spending thousands upon thousands of pounds?


I would appreciate your advice and expertise.
