As a customer of 5 years. We always offer you rate as good as we can. After reviewed all the forwarding charges this year with Lily.

Here is the conclusion:

Except one shipment was inspected by customs occurred extra charges, rest of them are all your forwarder charges. You can confirm this with your forwarder and let them lower their rates in 2016. We can send you your forwarder's bills when necessary.
