Our company is now the 4th year cooperating with Jack and his employees which means that we are very satisfied with their services.

The most important is that it is a smaller company and every customer is treated very special.

Here some points we want to highlight:
- The effort to realize the customers wishes stays in first place.
- Very educated and english speaking agency.
- Good service and organization during your stay in YIWU (Hotel reservation, transfer service if needed, steady attandance and councelling, negotiation with suppliers a.s.o., )
- Quick and exact post-processing of orders
- Realistic and for both sides acceptable problem solutions

I contacted Jack about sourcing and ordering some Christmas decorations from Yiwu market. I was met there by Tony Chen who was fantastic at taking me to the right places with no wasted time (the previous week I had attempted to navigate the markets by myself with disastrous results!) Tony was professional and very patient as we sifted through baubles and more baubles! The whole process was stress free and the ordering process was remarkably easy through them. Goods received on time and exactly how I ordered them. Yes... no issues at all to report. Would definitely use them again. Great work guys thank you!

I just recevied my goods in Sydeny that i ordered through Jack's company. I personally dealt with Mike. This was my first time buying from Yiwu market and I found Mike's services tremendously valuable.
