shop No. 11315 and shop No. 11323. i don't like the way they're doing business

firstly thank jack for proving so much helpful information, and hope i can post my comments here about my feeling regaring some of the shops there.

there are a lot of good shops are polite and ready welcome us, of course. But i really don't shop 11315. They just gave me hard feeling. Firstly we visited them and placed our orders for some bags, 2 days later before we left, we revisited them to confirm but they told us they could not deliver the bags on time and they needed 10 more days !!! but we didn't have enough time to browe further...

the tricky thing happed to No. 11323 is they asked for a big deposit something like four thousand. but we didn;t asked for any customerized thing!! what made me even angry was that they could not give any promises like what if they fail to deliver on time and what if the products i ordered are not waht i want. how could i get deposit back?? they just paid no attention to us when i was trying to discuss further with them. i'm from Singapore my Chinese is good enough!!

i really felt uncomfortable with them...
